Story on Teenage Pregnancy that Angers/Saddens Me

Just caught this off Hotair.com. Story
I am saddened and angered at this. Since they are under 16, where were the parents? Why did the parents not catch on that they were spending a lot of time with boys not to mention that the "pact" had to slip out somewhere. What the heck??? And a 24 year old homeless man? Gosh.
